Mara Abbott, Mia Huth, Rebecca Jensen and Kendi Thomas of Whitman College won the Women's Division II team time trial with a time of 28:14.8 over the 12 mile course. The 2007 USA Cycling Collegiate Road Championship team time trial were held in Lawrence, Kansas on May 11, 2007.
