University of Virginia President John Casteen and Philip Morris USA CEO Mike Szymanczyk announced a $25 million donation to the University from the Richmond-based firm on February 9, 2007 in the Dome Room of the Rotunda, Charlottesville, VA. The donation will go to support medical research and business leadership initiatives at UVA.
