Stage 4 of The Tour of Virginia was a103 mile road race from Douthat State Park to Waynesboro, VA on April 26, 2007. The stage featured three category three climbs (Warm Springs Mountain, Panther Gap, and Brents Gap) as well as two category 1 climbs up Montebello and Reeds Gap. Formerly known as the Tour of Shenandoah, the ToV has gained National Race Calendar (NRC) status for the first time in its five year history.
