Stage 3 of The Tour of Virginia was a110 mile road race from Bedford, VA to Covington, VA on April 25, 2007. The stage featured the first King of the Mountain points with 2 category three climbs (Three Sisters' Knob and Brushy Mountain) followed by a steep category 1 climb up Warm Springs Mountain - less than 10 miles from the finish. Formerly known as the Tour of Shenandoah, the ToV has gained National Race Calendar (NRC) status for the first time in its five year history.
